For the last couple of years social interaction as been limited. The happiness and team spirit of our employees are very important to us! It was a joy for our employees at Norautron Suzhou to get together in the sun, spending a wonderful day picking oranges and climbing the hills in Sanshan Island around Tai lake. We rounded it up by enjoying delicious crabs that is in season!
Norautron Suzhou has been awarded PCBA smart workshop. This is an incentive program driven by Suzhou Government .The main purpose is to encourage enterprises to be digitalized smart factory using advanced technics to realize production automation and office automation, increase working efficiency and quality performance in IoT platform Norautron had set up the global long term strategy plan of Smart factory roadmap, and use ERP, MES as IoT foundation to connect data/information flow, real time analyze and monitor the whole manufacturing process with full traceability from good receiving by Unique ID. In the past 3 years, we had invested 25MRMB to transform our workshop. Now we have set up 3
The 2021 Beijing International Wind Power Exhibition (CWP2021) kicked off at the Beijing New International Expo Center on October 18th. Norautron Suzhou Co., Ltd. appeared in the Norwegian Pavilion and demonstrated its core manufacturing service capabilities. Managing Director Hans Holen and Business Director Kenny Liu led a team to participate in the wind power industry event. Faced with the challenges brought by end customers for technological innovation to enhance industrial competitiveness and integration, Norautron also strives to be committed to faster and better service satisfaction Wind power customer needs, embrace historical opportunities.
Safety production, focus on prevention. In our daily work, we keep safety in first place, eliminate potential safety risk. Our effect has been highly recognized by SIP government and we were awarded as top 20 safety production and social responsibility enterprises.
Ms Lise Nordgaard, the newly appointed Counsel General of Norway in Shanghai made a combined visit where she first held meetings with the Jiangsu Provincial Government in Nanjing and thereafter paid a visit to Norautrons facility in Suzhou. The Counsel General was very enthusiastic and content to see the high level of Norautrons operations, automation and complexity as well as the surprisingly large size of the Company. Ms Nordgaard expressed she was proud as a Norwegian to see Norwegian industry excel internationally in such a successful manner.
During the past year, we have further strengthened our safety procedures with the focus on risk control investigating potential safety hazards. Our efforts has been highly recognized by the Science and Education Innovation Zone of Suzhou Industry Park, and we are proud to share that our EHS specialist Sandy Tang was awarded “The top ten protector of safety production”

At its annual Supplier Conference held January 7th 2021 Norautron Suzhou Co Ltd was awarded the price as Excellent Supplier by SSB Wind Energy Technology (Qingdao) Co Ltd. The motivation for the award was Norautrons superior level of quality, high efficiency and outstanding Customer Service.
